Do you allow cats?

Animals must be approved. No cats allowed. No more than two animals per rental. Animals must be at least six months of age. Additional animal fees are required, please contact your leasing agent before bringing an animal onto the property.

Restricted: cats, poisonous and exotic animals (includes ferrets). Fish are allowed with a 20 gallon tank maximum.

No smoking anywhere on the property

Will my credit be checked when I apply?

Yes, each adult applicant (anyone 18+) will have a credit report pulled.

How do I apply?

Apply securely through Zillow.com after the showing. Application cost $29 per adult, non-refundable. Credit report and background check required. Income, tenant, and credit history will be verified.

What are application requirements?

3x monthly rent income, security deposit of $1,500, $29 credit/background check per adult, renters insurance required.
